Filter elements for powder coating installations
The dust filters clean the extracted air from the powder coating installation. The air usually needs to be blown back into the premises; therefore, the emission must be minimal. Because the filter elements are cleaned via a cleaning system in the installation, antistatic polyester fleece is often used for this application, which is also connected to ground.
Filter elements for blast cabinets
The dust filters for blast cabinets clean the extracted air from the cabinets. Just as with the powder coating installations, negative pressure must be maintained in the area, so that the dust remains within the designated working area. The emission must be minimal here as well. Because the filter elements are cleaned via a cleaning system in the installation, polyester fleece is often used for this application.
